How long does each day take? About 20 minutes. Each day includes a short lesson (around 10 minutes) and a guided practice (around 10 minutes). You can do them separately or together. Do I need any experience with breathwork? No. This course is designed for complete beginners. I'll guide you through every technique step by step. What if I miss a day? No problem. The course is self-paced. You can take longer between days if you need to. That said, the techniques build on each other, so try to go in order. Will this work for insomnia? These techniques are backed by research and work with your nervous system to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Many people with sleep difficulties find them helpful.
